Description:

The WinDroid Toolkit is a Windows program built in Visual Studio  using the  C# programming language that simplifies the rooting process for many  Android devices.  The toolkit makes it easy to unlock your bootloader,  flash a custom recovery and  gain permanent root. It also includes other functions such as flashing kernels,  pushing files and installing apps. Using WinDroid Toolkit v3.1: Plug your device in an ON-STATE via USB cable to your PC/Laptop.  Then run the WinDroid Toolkit v3.0.exe.  It will downlaod the necessry drivers and install accordingly.  Next you will have to choose the your device from the scrolling menu.  Choose Xiaomi/Redmi Note 3. It will then automatically download the  TWRP recovery image and SuperSu zipped file  for you to complete the rooting process
